Optical Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a Store Leader who will be responsible for the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and driving sales through key performance indicators.
Job DescriptionThe Store Leader will be responsible for providing front-of-house support to retail partners, implementing roster changes, and driving sales through KPIs. Additionally, they will coach and develop the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and assist with customer service, pre-testing, and dispensing.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess management skills, including experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager. You will also need to have practical abilities, such as evaluating and implementing new measures to enhance store performance. Teamwork, proactivity, and an efficient response to changing circumstances are also essential.
