Clinical Solutions Specialist Role

At Smith+Nephew, we're committed to breaking health barriers and empowering people to live limitless lives. As a Clinical Solutions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing clinical support and training activities for our products and services in the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to customers on AWM organisation products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Support S&N AWM in the territory on a range of products as needed.
  • Handle the clinical training and in-servicing schedule in alignment with sales strategies.
  • Ensure operating efficiencies, including assistance with the management of S&N devices within accounts.
  • Support the maintenance and development of customer profiles and preferences.
  • Provide support to sales teams with in-service programs, workshops, and seminars for customers.
  • Maintain S&N's dedication to educational support to drive sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor products and activity.
  • Read relevant medical and trade journals, literature, and bulletins associated with product responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Science-related fields.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualifications desirable.
  • Proven experience in the medical field or theatre setting.
  • Proven experience in wound care or related clinical disciplines.
