As a disability support worker, you'll have the opportunity to visit clients in their homes and assist them in achieving their goals.

This role involves providing domestic assistance, companionship, community access, and personal assistance to individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess recent healthcare experience in Australia or a reciprocal country, as well as relevant qualifications such as Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support, or Individual Support.

First Aid qualification and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance are also essential requirements for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance and companionship to clients
  • Assisting clients with community access and personal assistance
  • Developing and implementing individualised plans to support clients' goals and needs

Requirements:

  • Recent healthcare experience in Australia or a reciprocal country
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support, or Individual Support
  • First Aid qualification (completed within the last 3 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Australian drivers licence
  • Reliable car for community access
