About the Role

  • The Case Manager will be responsible for managing claims for compensation and ensuring that injured workers receive appropriate treatment and support.
  • They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate medical management and return to work activities.
  • The successful candidate will undergo training in workers' compensation case management, covering topics such as the life cycle of a claim, medical treatment types, and payment of medical expenses.
