About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our store team as a Customer Service and Store Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues promptly;
  • Fulfill customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments;
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves, and tidying up display areas;
  • Process stock deliveries, receiving, and storing merchandise correctly;
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and promoting products effectively;
  • Participate in sales promotions, demonstrating products, and providing product information to customers;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service;
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
