Aged Care Support Specialist

As a dedicated support worker, you will provide one-on-one assistance to aged care clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer personal care support, including showering, dressing and maintaining personal hygiene
  • Administer medications as required under the client's healthcare plan
  • Perform domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry or meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in social or recreational activities of their choice

You will work flexible hours on a roster system, fostering strong relationships with your clients. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, built on values of respect, inclusion and compassion.

Possession of a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care is highly desirable. You must also hold an Australian driver's license and comprehensive car insurance, with access to your own vehicle for shifts.
