About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving, mentoring, and motivating a team of wholesale travel consultants to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of consultants, providing onboarding, training, and development to ensure individual and team KPIs are met.
  • Identify areas of additional training needs and undertake performance management of consultants when required.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to effectively resolve booking issues and customer queries.
  • Be willing to jump in and handle reservations as required.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in managing a travel team is essential, with assistant managers ready to step up also considered.
  • Knowledge and experience working in a call center environment.
  • Proven ability to meet individual and team KPIs.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Top-notch customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work weekends on a rotational basis.
