About the Role
GrainCorp seeks an experienced Transport and Customer Service Coordinator to provide administrative support, manage customer relationships, and drive operational success nationally. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Managing a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and invoicing requirements.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  3. Coordinating site stocks and ensuring timely delivery.
  4. Communicating effectively with internal teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
  5. Generating sales leads and route planning activities for sales teams.
  6. Providing timely and accurate reports on results.


About Your Experience

Candidates will have prior experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the Waste, recycling, Oils, or transport industries. They should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as computer literacy and ERP system experience. Additionally, they should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
