We are seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the RegistryConnect Program Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution and seamless operation of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of program and project frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with best practice and industry standards.
  • Maintain the accuracy and relevance of key program documentation through regular reviews and updates.
  • Enhance program reporting to surface critical insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Process key data sets and support visual reporting across various functions, including resource allocation and procurement.
  • Prepare program and portfolio reports, including drafting papers for Steering Committees and other governance forums.
  • Coordinate reviews of project and program compliance with industry frameworks and support related assurance activities.
About You:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with previous experience supporting complex, large-scale programs. You possess a strong background in program frameworks, documentation, and reporting, as well as excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills.

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs.
  • Strong knowledge of program and project management principles and deliverables.
  • Skilled in developing visual reports from diverse data sources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
