Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction professional to join our team as a Site Engineer.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design, coordination, and installation of building services including structure, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. They will also develop, review, and monitor ITPs (Instructional Technical Procedures) to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, coordinate, and install building services including structure, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Develop, review, and monitor ITPs to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
  • Solve technical problems by sending and chasing RFIs, and adhere to WHS and Environmental policies.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work and ensure adherence to quality policies.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role working for a head contractor.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Valid Construction White Card and First Aid Certification.
  • Strong understanding of large commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to handle administrative duties, interpret drawings, and plans, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
