Project Manager - Senior Construction Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Responsibilities include:\
• Taking overall responsibility for delivering successful projects, including pre-design, design, construction, and completion stages.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and stakeholder management.
• Establishing and maintaining compliance with Health Safety and Environmental systems.
• Assembling and leading the project team to achieve the best possible performance from all members.
• Managing formal project deliverables.
• Liaising with Director, Site Manager, and contractors as required.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in Senior Project Management or Project Management with completed projects over $20m in Education and/or Community sectors. A strong ability to work as part of a diverse team, a passion for construction with an eye for detail, client-facing skills, and proven experience completing multiple projects within the Australian market from start to finish.
