Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strong partnerships with national accounts to drive growth and profitability.
- Leverage industry insights and market trends to inform strategic decisions and enhance offerings.
- Provide dedicated support to key major account customers, analyzing sales data to develop strategies for sustainable brand growth.
- Execute promotional programs and account plans aligned with trade spend budgets, tracking performance and delivering insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products and manage range reviews.
- Develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders to drive business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in account management within FMCG, hardware, or retail sectors, with a strong record of commercial success.
- Strategic and commercially savvy, with the ability to create and implement growth-focused business plans.
- Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder influencing skills, including leading Joint Business Planning (JBP).
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with a data-driven mindset for opportunity identification and risk mitigation.
