About Our Event Team

We are seeking staff members who have experience in ticket sales, turnstile management, and customer service for the Ascot Racing Carnival.

As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our patrons and clients.

  • Oversight of patron ingress
  • Response to customer enquiries including ticket distribution
  • Accurate record-keeping of attendance figures
  • Efficient cash handling

About Customer Service Excellence

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Daytime hours (between 0800-1700)
  • Public Holiday Rates
  • Free onsite parking
  • Lunch provided on selected large days
  • Uniforms provided and laundered each shift
