Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Role

This key position plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable AWS infrastructure using best practices
  • Implementing IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation for seamless automation
  • Configuring networks (VPCs, subnets, peering, NAT, Transit Gateway) for optimal performance
  • Automating provisioning and deployment with CI/CD pipelines, Lambda, EventBridge, and Step Functions
  • Containerizing workloads with ECS, EKS, or Fargate for maximum flexibility
  • Setting up monitoring and alerts via CloudWatch, X-Ray, or Grafana for real-time insights
  • Collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that meet business objectives
  • Mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews to ensure high-quality codebase
  • Improving DevOps workflows and engineering standards to drive productivity and efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience supporting production environments
  • Solid experience with IaC and automation (Terraform and CloudFormation)
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
  • Proficiency with DevOps toolchains (Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps)
  • Knowledge of serverless architectures and event-driven design
  • AWS Certification: Associate or Professional-Level is a plus
