Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement cost estimates, Bills of Quantities, and tender processes to ensure accurate pricing and contract negotiation.
  • Lead and manage subcontractor relationships, evaluating quotes and negotiating contracts to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor and control budgets, variations, and cost forecasts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support claims, valuations, and contract negotiations with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements: 7+ years as a Quantity Surveyor, Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar, Experience in civil infrastructure preferred, Strong analytical and negotiation skills, Familiarity with estimating or cost software is a plus, Full Australian working rights required.
