Retail Store Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to shape unforgettable customer experiences. As a retail leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall guest experience while upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while adhering to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling and financial management.
  • Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, respect and open communication.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Certification in Food Safety or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol or willingness to undertake

Qualifications: Diploma in Retail Management or 3 years of retail management experience.
