About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home and Community Care Worker to join our team. As a Home and Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older adults in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with general household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Provide social support and respite for family and carers.
  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing and dressing.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle.
  • A willingness to apply for a Police Check.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
