Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to manage our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in providing strategic initiatives and operational requirements for the ICU.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual with strong clinical leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading high-performing teams, developing talent within their team, and driving quality improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the ICU Team: You will be responsible for ensuring optimal patient safety and outcomes. This includes coordinating patient services, including admissions, discharges, and liaising with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Clinical Support and Guidance: You will provide clinical support and guidance as needed to ensure high-quality care and develop strong working relationships with ICU specialists, physicians, surgeons, and anesthetists.
  • Talent Development and Leadership: You will develop talent within the team and possess skills in leadership, communication, and organizational planning.
