About the Role:
The successful candidate will have current AHPRA registration (no restrictions) and demonstrated high levels of communication (both written and verbal) and clinical problem-solving skills. They will also be able to function within a multidisciplinary team environment and possess strong leadership ability and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans for patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, symptoms, medications, and progress notes.
- Educate patients and their families on various aspects of healthcare, including disease prevention, self-care techniques, and post-treatment instructions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and medications.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organised patient care environment.

- Current AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
