Job Overview
Aftersales Business Consultants drive customer engagement and retention by proactively managing new and existing customers through site visits and relationship building. This role requires commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to offer value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively visit sites to build relationships and retain customers.
- Promote contract maintenance programs and aftersales services that add value and reduce downtime for customers.
- Serve as a link between sales, parts, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor customer activity, service schedules, and site requirements to maintain high workshop utilisation and identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using our systems and report customer feedback to the leadership team.
- Represent brands with professionalism, energy, and integrity on every visit.
Requirements:
- Ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and follow through with impactful solutions.
- Strong understanding of the truck, transport, or heavy equipment industry (parts or service knowledge desirable).
- Commercial acumen with the ability to offer solutions that benefit businesses.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a mobile role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software, with strong time management and self-motivation.
