They will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Provide skilled rehabilitation therapy services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Applicants must possess a relevant degree in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology, and hold current registration with the relevant professional body. They should have a strong understanding of adult neurology and rehabilitation principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
