Data Science and Business Growth Leader

Job Overview
This highly sought-after leadership role involves driving business growth through data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in programming, particularly Python, and excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work closely with researchers to develop and implement efficient workflows for seamless collaboration and results.
• Write high-quality Python code to solve problems and provide clear explanations of the logic behind the code.
• Debug programs and produce thorough documentation, reviewing code correctness, conciseness, and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience as a data scientist or analyst.
• 5+ years of Python programming and data science/analysis experience.
• 2+ years' experience leading a group of at least five employees.
• Demonstrable expertise in data science/analysis and SQL.
• Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong business acumen and data analysis abilities to identify key questions and communicate findings.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
