Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our physical assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management plans to ensure compliance with legislative standards and contract conditions.
- Prioritize and coordinate maintenance work to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Lead, coach, and support workers and contractors to deliver high-quality service delivery.
- Manage complex or escalated maintenance issues to achieve timely resolution.
Requirements:
- SIGNIFICANT TRADE OR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
- LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE TO LEAD OTHERS EFFECTIVELY
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- ABILITY TO WRITE CLEAR REPORTS AND ESTIMATE COSTS
- EXPERIENCE WITH ASSET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- KNOWLEDGE OF BUILDING CODES, PRACTICES, AND STANDARDS
