Our company offers a fantastic opportunity to work in the dynamic field of Buyers Agency. As an Associate Buyer's Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing buying-clients and networking with Agents / Agencies to source suitable properties for shortlisting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Searching, researching and delivering suitable properties to clients
- Attending open homes and property inspections
- Liaising with solicitors, building inspectors etc.
- Following up agents on off-market opportunities
- Client management
- Networking with Real Estate agents to gain referrals
- Assisting the Managing Director with EA-style duties
- Supporting the operations of the company; organising marketing, seminars, and general office admin where needed
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years Real Estate experience
(ideally a previous EA High level / Associate / Leasing, BDM or PM real estate agent)
Knowledge of the North Shore/ Northern Beaches
Current Certificate of Registration or License
Drivers license & modern vehicle
