The Opportunity:

Our Gladstone Branch is seeking an experienced Tradesperson to join our team as a Workshop Leading Hand. You will work under the direction of the Service Supervisor to maintain and repair our range of equipment to ensure optimum quality, availability, and performance.

You will carry out maintenance and repairs on any other equipment nominated by the Company and actively participate in communication and data collection between Komatsu and the resident technician customer base to maintain and improve relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Certified Tradesperson with Proven experience in a similar role.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as Technical expertise in construction and mining equipment.

You must be able to Lead and supervise workshop operations, Ensure safety and efficiency in all workshop activities, Mentor and train workshop staff, Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules, and Be able to work unsupervised.

An ability to provide a high level of customer service and Demonstrated commitment to safety are also required.

Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
