The role of Mechanical Supervisor is a key position within our organization, requiring a strong leader with excellent technical skills and experience in supervision of mechanical and engineering scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of job packs and coordination of site and workshop activities
  • Negotiation with suppliers and procurement of materials and services
  • Management of processes to ensure project and contractual deliverables including time, cost, quality, and scope requirements
  • Preparation of HSE and Quality compliance documentation and control of safety and compliance of all onsite and workshop scopes and work crews
  • Ensure safety of all employees and contractors working in operating unit or department by driving continuous improvement towards a true safety culture
  • Be able to make decisions based on knowledge and experience
  • Manage and capture workforce hours and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Supervision of Mechanical & Engineering Scopes in an Oil and Gas, Mining, or Industrial environment
  • Minimum of a Nationally Recognised Trade qualification
  • Proven Leadership, Team Management with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • A demonstrated strong commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
