About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Ivory Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch services across various sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Education, and Public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key QS activities such as measurement, cost planning, and contract administration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee pre and post-contract work.
  • Lead projects from feasibility through to construction.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, specializing in Quantity Surveying.
  • A minimum of 6 years of quantity surveying experience.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Previous experience in a consultancy environment.
