Your Role

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner at Electrolux, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' product needs are met efficiently and on time. You will act as the primary liaison between our supply chain, sales, and key customers to maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding both stock-outs and overstock situations.

Key Responsibilities

Align and execute replenishment plans by collaborating with sales, supply chain, and customers to forecast needs and execute effective replenishment strategies.
Schedule and book delivery slots for central Distribution Centers (DCs) while monitoring store bookings to ensure deliveries are on time and meet customer requirements.
Oversee the container management process, ensuring efficient handling and transportation to maximize utilization and minimize costs.
Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve service levels, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
Monitor stock levels and orders, ensuring the right balance between availability and overstock, and adjust replenishment orders as needed.
Act as the escalation point for any service-related issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and that customers are kept informed.
Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and address any transportation challenges or delays.
