The role involves providing strategic support to the Head of Credit & Financial Operations, supervising Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams, and developing expertise in internal systems. The successful candidate will also oversee working capital processes, manage high-value collections, and implement escalation processes.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the collections team, ensuring effective cash collection and adherence to company protocols.
  • Manage high-value collections while maintaining a small client ledger.
  • Implement and monitor escalation processes to resolve outstanding debts efficiently.
  • Provide strategic support to the Head of Credit & Financial Operations, contributing to profitability and growth initiatives.
  • Supervise Accounts Receivable and Credit Control teams, including work allocation, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee working capital processes, including write-offs, transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Develop expertise in internal systems, leveraging reporting functionalities for enhanced decision-making.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
