Opportunity for a dedicated In-Home Care Provider to support the before and after school care of a 12-year-old child in Nerang. This rewarding role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on a young person's life.
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and caring individual with a Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved) to provide high-quality care and support to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide before-school care from 6:00 am - 9:00 am, with care required from 7:45 am until school drop-off.
- Provide after-school care from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Occasionally assist with transporting the child to appointments (this will be communicated by the family in advance).
- Full-day care required during school holidays (approx. 50 hours per week).
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Children's Services (ACECQA approved).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (in a childcare setting).
- Blue Card.
- Police Clearance (less than 6 months old).
- Public liability insurance (to be obtained after placement).
- Medical Clearance.
- Child Protection training (refresher required every 2 years).
- ABN (as this is a self-employed/contractor role).
- Photo ID.
- PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this).
- Must be over 18 years of age.
