About the Role
As a Mental Health Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative strategies to manage complex psychological claims. You will work collaboratively with case managers to support sustainable return to work outcomes and assist in the identification of secondary psychological claims.

About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with tertiary qualifications in a mental health-related discipline. You should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and exceptional time management abilities. A passion for coaching, training, and continuous improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of innovative strategies to manage complex psychological claims
* Contribute to the development of return to work plans and the identification of suitable duties in the workplace
* Coach and mentor claims teams around the management of psychological injuries
* Analyze psychological injury trends and identify risks, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
