Senior Events Manager Position

About This Role
We are seeking an exceptional Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Event Services Team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing events across our precinct.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who has experience in event planning, logistics, and customer service.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of events, working closely with our internal departments to meet client needs, and contributing to the development of new innovations and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute events in conjunction with the broader Event Services team.
- Identify and communicate client needs to other internal departments.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new innovations and process improvements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar style role managing 500+ attendee events.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of large events, conventions, and exhibitions.
- Excellent planning and stakeholder engagement experience, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
