Storage Solutions Specialist Job

This role focuses on sales of storage products and solutions in assigned territories, industries or accounts.

  • Sales of storage products and solutions
  • Territory management and expansion

The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of storage technology, and excellent communication abilities. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Execution: Drive sales activities, build sales pipeline, and close deals by effectively utilizing internal sales tools.
  2. Territory Management: Manage assigned territories, industry, or accounts, and actively prospect new storage opportunities.
  3. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, understand their unique business needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Solution Development: Conceptualize and articulate well-targeted storage solutions from proposal to contract sign-off.
  5. Business Growth: Grow the business, achieve overall financial metrics, and increase revenue in storage.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales Experience: 5 years of sales experience, preferably in storage-related sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of storage, service, cloud, and solution differentiators between own offerings and competitors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions and commercial benefits.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
