The Role
We're looking for a Sales Consultant to represent Silo Storage and drive sales of our premium storage and warehouse projects.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll use both technical product knowledge and strong client relationship skills to:
- Nurture existing leads and build new partnerships.
- Present tailored solutions to business owners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
- Manage transactions from first enquiry through to settlement and after-sales support.
This role suits someone with property or technical sales experience who thrives in building long-term relationships and enjoys working in a growing, niche sector.
What You'll Do
- Research and engage with industries such as logistics, industrial, manufacturing, and retail for partnership opportunities.
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and consultations.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored investment or operational solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including inspections, settlement, and after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling technical, niche, or high-value products (property experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with professionals, consultants, and high-net-worth individuals.
- NSW Real Estate Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
- Organised, proactive, and confident using CRM systems.
Desirable:
- Degree in Business, Property, or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of investment principles (property, SMSFs, trusts).
