We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team on the Northern Gold Coast.

This dynamic and diverse role offers a unique opportunity to work in property management, gain valuable knowledge and experience, and progress your career in real estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Property Managers, including:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Issuing entry notices
  • Data entry into Property Me
  • Entries & exits reports
  • Leasing
  • Working closely with the Property Managers
  • Spot checks on portfolios
  • Adhoc duties

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
  • Previous experience in Real Estate/Property Management desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Professional presentation and a can-do attitude
