Job Description:

As a key member of our roadside and operations support team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong relationships with contracted business partners while ensuring the delivery of quality, timely, and safe services to our members. Your responsibilities will include managing compliance across contractual agreements, overseeing operational matters, and providing exceptional service delivery models.

Reporting to the Roadside and Operations Support Manager, you will work within a fast-paced team environment where no two days are ever the same. This role requires a unique blend of skills, including strong relationship management, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of operations within a contractor model
  • Proven interpersonal relations and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated evidence of being a team player in a dynamic, multi-tasks environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet set deadlines
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites when required
  • Previous experience in a contractor/operations management environment is highly regarded
  • Current WA driving license is essential
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability
  • Diploma of business (or equivalent) is desirable
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable
