Lead Nursery Educator

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage and lead our nursery, focusing on delivering high-quality education and care for young children.

The successful candidate will be a confident leader with experience in nursery leadership and a passion for inspiring and motivating others. They will have the ability to work effectively within a team and understand the importance of independent education.

Key qualifications include minimum Level 3 childcare and education qualifications or equivalent, Paediatric First Aid certification, and full-time availability all year round. The role also offers competitive salary, lunch provided, progression plans for staff, internal and external training programs, discretionary sick pay, and generous school fee discounts for staff members.

  • Ambitious and motivated individual with excellent leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Minimum Level 3 childcare and education qualifications or equivalent

This is a permanent position with a salary up to £45,000 per annum. Benefits include employee discount, on-site parking, and free school meals for staff throughout the term. Staff members are also enrolled in a contributory pension scheme.
