Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tenders and bids, including the compilation of compliance matrices, review of technical equipment, and quotations from third-party vendors.
  • Support the implementation of project execution plans, attending weekly progress meetings, and assisting in the preparation of work with the program manager.
  • Monitor work in progress and prepare weekly reports on the status of each assignment.
  • Coordinate materials and assist with logistics, shipment, and receipt at project sites.
  • Coordinate with project-related personnel on day-to-day progress of work activities, procurement, and operations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Provide full support to the program manager as required, including coordination and conduct of site surveys with internal and external parties to review scope of work and finalize quotations, method of statement, implementation plans, and risk assessments.
  • Support the program manager and technical team in reviewing technical proposals from suppliers, ensuring they meet our requirements.
  • Support the program manager and technical team in preparing technical drawings in 2D, 3D, including power line diagrams, FO/UTP networking, as-built drawings, and site layout drawings using VISO or AutoCAD, as well as 3D drawings using BIM.
