We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content and delivering training to our clinical teams across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education activities based on adult learning principles
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to current RNs using contemporary education methods
  • Travel to remote locations within the region regularly, including long drives and overnight stays
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted registration
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and travel extensively within the region
