About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role involves developing content and delivering training to our clinical teams across the Top End of the NT, with support to Central Australia when needed.

The annual salary is negotiable based on prior experience. This position is ideal for a registered nurse looking to advance their career by providing education and mentorship to current RNs across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing content and delivering training to our clinical teams
  • Providing education and mentorship to current RNs
  • Supporting Central Australia when needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
  • Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach using contemporary education methods
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Ability to deliver and evaluate education activities based on adult learning principles
  • Skills in developing and teaching new practices linked to improved outcomes
  • Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, delegation, and supervision
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel to remote NT areas
