About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee overall financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability goals.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to drive financial performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
