Executive Operational Director

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering operational excellence across the South East Asia and Pacific Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organization governance, office management, human resources, department fundraising, staff safety and safeguarding, programme support and compliance.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Strategic planning and execution to achieve departmental goals and objectives;
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective operations management;
  • Liaison with programme teams, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery;

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Significant experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on organizational management;
  • Proven track record in managing operations functions, including finance, human resources and/or safety compliance;
  • Strong organizational skills, including planning, developing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems;
  • Ability to coordinate and execute complex projects;
  • Excellent understanding of organizational budgeting and finances;

Desirable skills for this position include:

  • Experience in IT administration and maintenance;
  • Background in fundraising and development;
  • Knowledge of audit and quality assurance systems;
