Job Description

Due to growth within the business, MLG Oz is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administration Supervisor to oversee administrative operations, both site and central based. The successful candidate will manage a team of administrative staff, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Lead the administrative staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support to management and other departments as required.
  • Implement a schedule to ensure operational compliance across sites.
  • Work with support functions such as Finance, Payroll and Commercial to roll out and communicate initiatives in operations.
RequirementsDesired Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
