As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.

We are seeking a reliable and punctual individual with excellent communication skills to supervise and roster warehouse staff.

Your responsibilities will include operating warehouse receivals, deliveries, sorting and stacking stock, as well as general warehouse operations.

You will also be responsible for managing Coffee Roasting operations, including quality control, batching/blending of raw coffee, production, packaging, delivery of finished product, and production and bottling of cold brew.

Maintaining accurate HACCP records and undergoing required training is essential to ensuring the highest standards are met.

You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and roster warehouse staff to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Operate warehouse receivals, deliveries, sorting, and stacking stock, as well as general warehouse operations.
  • Manage Coffee Roasting operations, including quality control, batching/blending of raw coffee, production, packaging, delivery of finished product, and production and bottling of cold brew.
  • Maintain accurate HACCP records and undergo required training.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform occasional barista duties as required.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
