Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all warehouse activities, including receipting, storing, and dispatching of stock.

You will plan and assign daily work tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring productivity targets are met. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing stock. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management processes, collaborate with other internal departments to prioritize and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner, and train and develop warehouse personnel.

In this role, you will maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also liaise with the internal Customer Service Team & Operations Departments to ensure that all queries are addressed and monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or stock management role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and best practices
  • A current full 'c' class drivers' license
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a customer-focused manner
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
