Regional Opportunity in Emergency Medicine

We are seeking a permanent Staff Specialist to join our team in Emergency Medicine, working part-time/full-time (0.5-1FTE) in a 99-bed facility providing comprehensive services.

The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine, effective communication skills, and ability to lead a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care and daily clinical supervision of ED Services
  • Promote seamless continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient services

**Essential Criteria:**

  • Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist (Emergency Medicine)
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Emergency Medicine at the role delineation of the service
  • Availability to participate in an on-call roster and respond on site within a reasonable time
