About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our team in Darwin. As a key member of our injury management consultancy, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and case management services to support recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to promote optimal recovery and return to work.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Qualifications as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist (with relevant registration), Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a positive approach.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
