Job SummaryThe Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality project results by coordinating administrative tasks, planning project activities, and maintaining accurate documentation. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Support:
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery and outcomes
- Plan, execute, and monitor project tasks autonomously and proactively
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for diverse audiences
- Perform administrative and coordination duties adhering to established project methodologies
- Administrative Tasks:
- Undertake data entry and management tasks using relevant databases
- Maintain accurate records and reports for project evaluation and monitoring
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Proven experience in coordinating projects and monitoring progress
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility
- Able to make sound decisions with autonomy for moderately complex tasks
- Experience supervising staff and managing team workflow
