Job Description

This role involves leading and managing all aspects of testing delivery for large-scale digital solutions.

  • Manage and lead the development, planning, and testing of software solutions to ensure alignment with best practice digital design and delivery frameworks.
  • Implement quality testing methods in line with ICT testing frameworks, covering strategies, policies, processes, templates, tools, and standards.
  • Develop a repeatable test methodology and tool set for DMN projects and continually improve it as lessons are learned.
  • Ensure the integrity of testing and acceptance activities, coordinating their execution for a project.
  • Assist project managers with resourcing and scheduling to meet project milestones, providing clearly documented testing estimates and risk-based approaches relevant to project scope.
  • Plan, prepare, and execute functional test projects adhering to ICT test products – System, System Integration, Regression, UAT, and PVT.
  • Oversee and coordinate non-functional test projects with internal and external parties, such as stress, performance, load, security, and disaster recovery/high availability test cases for digital solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies is essential.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
