Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee our teams across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and develop a team to ensure that all cleaning and trolley collection tasks are completed efficiently
  • Cultivate and train your team, refining their skills in trolley collection, cleaning, and waste management
  • Create a schedule for your team to guarantee that all daily tasks and operations are covered
  • Collaborate with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of improvement, and upcoming priorities
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and enhance overall satisfaction
  • Manage time and attendance activities for your team members, including tracking hours, managing absences, and ensuring compliance with company regulations
  • Order consumables for your stores, such as cleaning supplies, and maintain them within set parameters
  • Perform physical tasks like cleaning, trolley collection, and waste disposal

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work in diverse environments, including shop floors, fridges, freezers, and carparks
  • A keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks
  • The ability to work with other Department Managers and the Store Leadership Team to plan and coordinate routines and timeframes
  • Organizational skills to ensure your team has all necessary equipment and supplies to work safely and efficiently
  • Comfortable working within a regulated framework (Food Safety, industrial regulations, code of conduct)
  • A valid full Australian driver's license is required as you may collect trolleys using our vehicles
